Tom is a MDRT Qualifier and for the past several years, has also qualifed for the National Sales Achievement Award and National Quality Award. In 2005, Tom received the prestigious Insurance and Financial Advisor of the Year Award from the NAIFA-St. Louis. He is very active in the industry associations serving in all capacities. His charitable work includes founding Shelter the Children, serving homeless and abused youth with transitional housing and serving on the board of The Covenant House Missouri and the St. Louis University Bequest and Gift Council.
